Children at their young age are like wet sand. They can be molded in any desired shape. Academies offering quality education play a vital role in shaping one’s future. Again, successful human being is the result of good and affectionate teachers’ efforts and moral values taught by them.

Children spend much of their time with their teachers and thus they are most influenced by them. Teachers must be prepared to learn for lifetime so as to teach students good and informative things to develop certain social skills in them. The learning environment also plays an important role in teaching students. It all depends on the situations that may teach a student to make through or break through, means that students can accept and prepare themselves to face the life’s challenges or they may get disheartened and get trapped with depression.

For a good teacher-student relationship, there must be good parent-teacher relationship. Some tips to handle difficult situations:

• If you as a parent are having any problem or disagreement with the teacher, talk to them directly and place your ideas and views in front of the teacher. This task can be accomplished either on phone or speaking face to face. Sometimes misunderstandings occur about your child’s progress or any other thing, but they must be resolved completely for the betterment of your child.
  
  
• If you have any problem with a particular staff member, avoid criticizing him in front of your child. Otherwise, your child will not be able to learn how to respect the teachers and adults. Do not come to any conclusion, unless everything is clear in your and teacher’s mind.
  
  
• Always accept the things as told by your child’s teacher. You may confirm it afterwards but if your child is not doing well at academy, you should listen to it instead of blaming the teacher. Otherwise, your child may have to suffer.
  
  
• Keep in touch with all the staff members of academy to communicate properly and getting the report of students. It will help you to know that where your child stands in the academic race.
  

It is not only parents, but teachers also have to take care of children. Once the student enters the academy, teacher should understand that now it is his responsibility. At the same end, parents should not feel free after sending their loved one to academy. Their responsibility never ends.
